1. Conference
- Thank you cards bought and in Sorca’s possession
- Gifts for speakers – big trip to makro planned for Friday 13th
- Sara received lanyards, we decided committee will wear light blue on the day
- James is to arrange for the poster boards to be in BCH for 8.30 am on 26-03-09
- Sorca to arrange for BCH to be open at 8am for setup (Bryan to provide contact details to her)
- Consultants emailed regarding parking, timetable and ppt presentations (Bryan and Sorca’s contact details provided in case of queries)
- Post conference buffet – price increased from original quote ( credit crunch!!)
- Blu-tac – Sorca to buy
- Water for speakers and sweets for packs (Makro trip)

2. Luke attending MLSC meeting on 6-03-09 in Webb Johnson hall. To update us at next meeting

3. Anatomy course in Scotland – Michael to email those interested. Unable to obtain cheaper rate. Priced is £55 per person
- Anatomy event muct take place over easter break due to pressures on anatomy department. We propose a refundable deposit when booking places. We must provide suggested topics to Jan to allow planning of event

4. Marathon – Laura hamill also interested in taking part with Scrubs team. We also plan to fundraise at the conference and any other event s in between (coin collection etc)

5. Entertainment for delegates – Thursday 26th we propose a table quiz and karaoke night in the Globe. Luke to arrange with staff there

6. Next meeting planned for 16-03-09 in North lecture Theatre
After that meeting planned for 25-03-09 6.30 – 10.00 in room 204 to put packs together
